This is a bit too late for Friendships day. Also, this happens to be the first BlogPost in which I will actually 'blog'.
Anyway, I'm a person who doesn't actually believe in friendships day. Why celebrate friendship on only one day? It's like a fad. People want their hands full of bands which their 'friends' tied on them. The bands signifies friendship that will last forever. People however miss out the hidden truth. Does that friendship last forever? NO (Sorry to disappoint you). That 'friend' who ever so lovingly tied a band on your hand isn't with you through your tough times. He/she isn't there when you need someone the most. So what exactly is the whole point of having friendships day when the significance, no longer exists?! Well, few friends who do tie the band are there for you. What about the plentiful others? From loving friends they instantly turn into rutheless selfish people.
So, the point of this blog? Celebrate each day as friendships day and show you actually care for your friend rather than being a hyprocrite disguised as a friend on one significant day of the year.
